I am grateful to have had Mr.Cornwell and Mr.Davidson as my lawyers. They were honest and did everything that they said that they would do. They told me from the start that they were going to seek full policy limit, and they got it. I will admit that I had doubts and questioned why would the insurance company treat them any different. At different times, each told me the insurance company know that they are willing to take cases to trial. They were very patient with me and my “what if” questions. They won my complete trust when I was on a call with the both of them and one of them said “we work for you,if you are not satisfied with the settlement offer that they (insurance company) will make and you want to go to trial, we will go to trial”. Cornwell and Davidson are actually good guys, the heroes you need in a bad situation. Brian and Ben got me five times the amount that my previous slime ball attorney was trying to get me to settle for. There isn’t any amount that is worth feeling miserable daily and battling pain, but at least Brian and Ben care about getting the insurance company to pay what they owe.
